1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SkyHotelier services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

SkyHotelier provides cloud-based hotel property management software including but not limited to:

• Property Management System (PMS)
• Point of Sale (POS) System
• Human Resources and Payroll Management
• Housekeeping and Maintenance Management
• Financial Reporting and Analytics

3. Account Registration

To use our services, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be at least 18 years old or have legal authority to enter contracts
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access

4. Subscription and Payment

4.1 Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as specified in our refund policy.

4.2 Price Changes

We may modify pricing with 30 days notice. Existing subscriptions will be honored until their renewal date.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the service for any illegal purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with other users' access to the service
• Upload malicious code or content
• Resell or redistribute the service without authorization

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible.

Either party may terminate the subscription with 30 days written notice. Upon termination:

• Your access to the service will end
• You may request an export of your data within 30 days
• Any outstanding fees become immediately due

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Nairobi, Kenya.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
